Job summary

Altis Technology in Stevensville, Ontario is seeking a Sales Administrator to support a busy pre-construction residential sales site. In this customer-facing role, youll help create a welcoming, professional experience for prospective purchasers while keeping day-to-day sales administration organized and moving forward.

Youll work closely with a Sales Representative and Sales Manager while taking ownership of on-site administrative activities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer-facing administrative experience.
• Strong customer service and professional communication.
• Experience drafting amendments to agreements of purchase and sale.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail with documentation.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Independent, proactive approach with initiative.
• Post-secondary education is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliable day-to-day administrative support for a residential sales site.
• Welcome prospective purchasers, respond to inquiries, and create a positive customer experience.
• Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including amendments to agreements of purchase and sale.
• Coordinate general office and site administration, keeping documentation accurate and organized.
• Support sales activities and follow up on administrative requirements as needed.
• Independently prioritize tasks to keep the site running smoothly.
