Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in residential property management, trades, facilities, or other service-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the full work order cycle from request to closeout across multiple properties.
• Diagnose issues and perform repairs with quality checks.
• Maintain clean and safe common areas and vacant suites to reflect Avana standards.
• Document work orders and maintain accurate records in company systems.
