Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED; up to 3 years of related post-high school trade experience preferred.
• OSHA-10 certification for Construction and General Industries, or willingness to obtain.
• Must have precise hand/eye coordination.
• Able to operate heavy equipment or vehicles and lift objects over 50 lbs.
• Occasional climbing or working in awkward positions may be required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment within safety guidelines.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems.
• Keep facilities and equipment in safe operating condition per regulations.
• Coordinate repairs within approved budgets.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and records.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations.
