Kibbi in Canada’s Manitoba region is seeking a manufacturing associate to operate tooling and inspection processes on-site. The role requires finishing, assembly and inspection of plastic components, with 1–2 years of experience and a high school certificate.

Daily tasks include reporting on product quality, assembling patterns, and routing defects for repair. Applicants should be capable of repetitive tasks, be physically capable, and work as part of a reliable team in a strictly on-site

Competenze

• English language required.
• Secondary education completed as stated.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
• On-site work at the physical location with no remote option.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and maintain attention to detail.
• Physically demanding role requiring reliability and teamwork.

Mansioni

• Operate machines or equipment or use hand tools to cut, shape, splice and fit plastic materials to form parts and assemblies.
• Prepare reports on products inspected.
• Assemble composite materials on patterns to form parts and assemblies.
• Inspect manufactured plastic products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards.
• Mark and re-route defective products for repair or recycle.
• Make minor adjustments or repairs to products.
