Vancity is seeking a Financial Services Representative at the Chilliwack Community Branch. You will be the first point of contact, delivering personalized service and building trust as you assist members with everyday banking, borrowing, investments, and protection.

With a sales-focused mindset and strong communication, you’ll guide members to suitable products, teach online tools, and collaborate with specialists to ensure seamless service while upholding compliance and the branch’s welcoming

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and customer service experience in retail or service roles.
• Sales-focused mindset with ability to meet goals.
• Digital literacy including CRM systems and online banking.
• Attention to detail and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for members, creating a welcoming experience.
• Understand member needs across everyday banking, borrowing, investments, and protection.
• Guide members to suitable products and connect them with specialists.
• Teach and promote online banking tools for self-service.
