Job summary

OrganOx Limited is seeking an EU Logistics & Materials Coordinator to manage materials control, inventory accuracy, SAP transactions, and logistics coordination. The role sits between Inventory Specialist and Logistics Specialist, ensuring materials are received, stored, issued and dispatched with full traceability in a regulated medical device environment.

The role is full-time and on-site in Oxford with occasional travel to dispersed 3rd party sites. Remote or hybrid work is not suitable.

Qualifications

Experience in materials control, inventory, warehouse or logistics.
ERP systems knowledge, preferably SAP.
Experience in regulated environments (medical device/pharma) preferred.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Maintain inventory records in SAP across all storage locations.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, carriers and internal stakeholders.
Ensure materials are tracked with batch/serial numbers and maintain traceability.
Support transition from SAP Business One to SAP S/4HANA and align processes.
Ensure On Time In Full delivery performance and compliance with GMP/ISO13485.
