Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis with Pandas and visualization libraries.
• Strong reporting for dashboards and data storytelling to non-technical staff.
• Detail oriented with ability to resolve data quality issues and document work.
• Excellent communication to present results at all levels and collaborate with teams.
• Willingness to work hands-on in a maintenance/warehouse environment.
• Basic MS Excel and data handling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and build recurring maintenance cost analysis reports for leadership.
• Analyze maintenance expenditures by aircraft and work orders to identify trends.
• Create dashboards and tools to present maintenance cost data clearly.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs through data-driven insights.
• Analyze aircraft parts inventory data and support stock level optimization.
• Perform data cleaning/EDA and develop automated data quality checks.
