Job summary

City of Richmond Hill is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join the on-site team. You will install and configure PCs, printers, and mobile devices, support end users, and log/ticket issues during standard hours with live telephone coverage.

You will maintain CMDB data, assist with hardware deployments, and follow ITIL-based incident management. Strong communication and problem-solving are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in computer technologies or technology school required.
• Experience with ITIL processes and service management recommended.
• Minimum 1 year in a helpdesk or technical support role.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to internal staff.
• On-site coverage of the IT Service Desk during business hours.
• Log, triage, and escalate tickets; maintain CMDB data.
• Install/configure desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Assist with hardware deployment and asset management.
