Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Heavy Equipment, Agriculture, or Truck/Transport.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Good diagnostic skills and calibration knowledge.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate within budgets and approvals set by the Service Manager.
• Perform basic to complex diagnostics and repairs on power equipment to minimize downtime.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment and industry standards; ensure safety and OH&S compliance.
• Mentor apprentices and ensure proper care of tools and equipment.
• Follow procedures for hazardous waste disposal and quality control.
