Qualifications

High school diploma.
Six months recent experience with a computerized staff scheduling system.
Data Entry (4000 kph).
Basic Excel.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability and knowledge of computer staff scheduling system.
Demonstrated positive, productive interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently.
Familiar with TOH polices and unit function, performance and complexity.
Familiar with scheduling guidelines in the collective agreements (ONA, CUPE, OPSEU) and the ESA.
Basic understanding of HOODIP sick plan for each union group.
Basic understanding of coding impact (AMP, HOOPP, Sick/LTD, budget).
Eligible to work in Canada.
