Job summary

Wilson Blanchard Management, An Associa Company, is seeking a full-time On-Site General Licensed Condominium Manager for our Toronto office to lead day-to-day operations and support condo boards. The role requires CMRAO licensing, strong communication, budgeting, and site supervision; familiarity with Yardi and Ontario Condominium Act knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Be on-site daily, Monday to Friday
• Supervise On-site Assistant Condominium Managers and contract staff

Requirements:

• Meet all annual industry licensing requirements with the CMRAO
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Ability to communicate effectively with external and internal customers
• Excellent organizational, time management and prioritizing skills; ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects
• Critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning; ability to identify problems and create resolution
• Technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of various legislation, including the Condominium Act of Ontario
• Experience using Yardi and/or similar financial software

Pay:

CA$80,000.00 per year
