Pursuit Collection is seeking an Executive Sous Chef for the Columbia Icefield Jasper area. This on-site, full-time seasonal leadership role focuses on directing culinary operations for multiple venues within our resort complex, while maintaining high standards of quality and guest service.

You will manage budgeting, menu development, staff training, and compliance with sanitation and HACCP standards, ensuring exceptional dining experiences in a remote Jasper setting.

Qualifikationen

• Red Seal Certification or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3+ years of industry & culinary management experience in high-volume food service.
• Experience in multi-venue/high-volume operations and staff management.
• P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience desirable.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and lead kitchen operations across all menus and services.
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for F&B activities.
• Interview, hire, and train kitchen staff; manage performance.
• Develop and implement menus and standards for Altitude, Chalet, and Staff Camp.
• Ensure sanitation and HACCP compliance; monitor yield, portion control, and waste.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless events and functions.
