Brandt Tractor Ltd in Campbell River, BC is seeking a Customer Support Advisor to promote and sell parts and services and provide after-sales support to customers. The CSA will focus on building relationships, increasing sales, and supporting the parts and service teams from the Campbell River location.

You will travel within the territory, visit customers, and help maintain loyalty through proactive communication, timely follow-ups, and product updates.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales within the industry.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and flexible hours.
• Positive, professional attitude towards challenges.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong time management to meet deadlines.
• Journeyman ticket in Parts or heavy equipment is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Prospect and cold call new accounts to promote products and incentives.
• Develop relationships with prospects, targeting at least two new prospects monthly.
• Maintain ongoing communication with existing customers to resolve issues and loyalty.
• Undertake an average of seven customer visits daily to maximize sales opportunities.
• Implement and execute an annual territory plan with a current target list.
• Collaborate with management to develop marketing strategies for growth.
• Complete daily call reports with detailed information on interactions and progress.
• Maintain and utilize customer records, meetings, opportunities, quotes, notes.
• Utilize call logging tools as directed.
• Maintain control of company vehicle inventory and up-to-date price lists.
• Assist parts counter with quotes, orders, deliveries, returns and inventory control.
• Provide competitive product and pricing information to the Parts Manager.
• Follow up on all customer complaints and communicate resolutions.
• Participate in required training.
• Maintain cleanliness and scheduled maintenance of the company vehicle.
• Other duties as assigned.
