Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Canada in Longueuil, QC, invites you to an on-site Winter 2027 Customer Manager internship. You will support major customers, coordinate with engineering, IT, and operations teams, and assist with technical updates, estimates, and delivery status.

Qualifications

Be eligible to work in Canada.
Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
Pursuing a degree inEconomy, General Studies, Management, Marketing, Organizational Development, Purchasing, Supervision, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

Provide front-line support for major customers in a repair environment for engine components.
Interact with multiple teams within the value stream including ITC, IT, Quality, Operations, Engineering, Warranty, Supply Chain, Finance and Sales.
Interpret customer requirements and ensure they are met while achieving business objectives.
Assist in increasing repeat business and MFA results.
Manage customer accounts and collaborate with ACS sales and marketing on key accounts.
Prepare for and support customer visits including contract reviews and quarterly meetings.
Work in a team environment and handle moderately sized projects.
