Qualifications

BC Refrigeration Operator 5th or 4th Class Power Engineering certificate.
Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial building operations.
Strong interpersonal and service orientation.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Day to day operationally reporting to a Lead Building Operator.
Operate and maintain HVAC, security, life safety, plumbing and electrical systems.
Respond promptly to Tenant and Property Management requests.
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs with minimal supervision.
Log and document activities using Building Automation and in-house systems.
Frequent lifting and carrying of equipment and tools.
Work outdoors periodically and interact with various trades/ service providers.
Assist at multiple buildings in downtown Vancouver as needed.
Occasional weekend work and rotating on-call duties.
