Job summary

Conexus is seeking a motivated Member Service Representative I to support branches in Arcola and Kipling. As the first point of contact, you will handle everyday banking transactions and help members with their immediate needs. This permanent casual role offers hours based on business needs, typically about two days per week, Monday to Friday.

You will collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional member experiences. A high school diploma is required.

• Proactively identifying and responding to members' needs to improve financial well-being.
• Learning branch processes from opening accounts and transfers to simple credit card applications to fill gaps daily.

The bigger picture

We're looking for a motivated team-player who is a member-service ambassador to come on board as a permanent casual Member Service Representative supporting branches in Arcola and Kipling locations. As the first point of contact for members, you will provide everyday banking services and products to meet members' immediate needs.

As a casual Member Service Representative, your hours would fluctuate as they are based on business needs and cannot be guaranteed, however would be approximately two days per week. Our service centers operate from Monday to Friday.

How you'll be spending your time

• Providing members with day-to-day banking services such as bill payments, deposits, withdrawals and much more
• Proactively identifying and responding to members' needs to improve their financial well-being
• Learning additional aspects of branch actions from opening accounts and wire transfers, to completing simple credit card applications - to help fill in any gaps on a day-to-day basis
• Refer members to Financial Advisors to further develop and strengthen relationships
