Job summary

Massilly North America Inc. is seeking a hands-on Health & Safety Specialist to champion safety initiatives on the production floor across our Ontario facilities.

In this role you will lead risk assessments, incident investigations, training delivery, and keep OHSA compliance standards current while partnering with plant leadership and JHSC to drive continuous safety improvements. You’ll implement WHMIS and PPE programs, manage WSIB processes, and coordinate audits and safety talks, with a focus

Qualifications

• 3+ years on-floor Health & Safety experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• 2+ years of OHSA regulatory knowledge and practical application.
• Experience developing procedures, workflows and SOPs.
• Strong English communication and training abilities.
