Clintar seeks reliable personnel to manage snow clearing and de-icing for commercial properties. You will work with safe equipment, receive leadership guidance, direct deposit, and a season-end bonus for full-shift commitments.

These on-call, part-time roles commonly involve overnight or daytime shifts and rapid response to weather events. Responsibilities include operating loaders or tractors with plows, keeping sites clean without damage, and coordinating with dispatch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in snow removal.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• On-call availability from November–April.
• Cell phone data required.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders or equipment with snowplows to clear snow and ice from roadways and lots.
• Maintain clean sites and avoid property damage during removal.
• Respond to emergency snow removal calls during heavy snowfall.
• Maintain communication with supervisors on road conditions and progress.
• Work in cold weather, nights, and variable schedules to ensure timely removal.
• Keep time logs and maintenance records for equipment and materials used.
• Provide professional service and follow health and safety regulations.
