Job summary

Qualifications

Previous commercial/industrial cleaning experience preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
Able to communicate effectively.
Good attendance record.
Must be physically capable to meet the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of the buildings and grounds.
Perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, mopping, floor care, and trash removal.
Operate cleaning equipment and report maintenance issues.
Assist with coordinating site rentals, dances and activities as needed.
Maintain logs and files; follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures.
