Job summary

Concord Parking is seeking an On Call PARC Specialist for seasonal part-time work at YVR. The role blends technical oversight with frontline customer service to ensure safe, efficient parking operations across properties.

You will support daily operations, patrol lots, enforce regulations, assist with traffic flow, perform maintenance on equipment, document incidents, and escalate complex issues to Parking Control. Fluency in English and a Grade 12 education are required.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education or equivalent (post secondary asset).
• Class 5 Driver's License with a clean abstract.
• 2 years in parking industry (asset).
• Minimum 2 years in customer service or facility maintenance.
• Familiar with parking operations and equipment (gates, pay stations).
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily parking operations at YVR properties.
• Monitor capacity and patrol facilities to maintain standards.
• Enforce regulations and document violations; coordinate towing when needed.
• Assist in managing traffic flow during peak periods and events.
• Perform maintenance on gates, pay stations, and access control systems.
• Respond to equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Escalate complex issues to Parking Control.
• Maintain daily operation logs and communicate status to teams.
• Address customer complaints professionally and resolve issues.
• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and conduct.
