Job summary

The Vancouver School Board is seeking an Inclusive Education/Resource Teacher for on-call positions. The successful candidate will be expected to provide educational support and will need to be available for call-out on at least half of the instructional days each month.

Qualifications include a Bachelor of Education and either a Master's or Diploma in Special Education. Experience working with special needs students is an asset. Applicants should also be registered with the Teacher Qualification Service.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Bachelor of Education and either a Master's or Diploma in Special Education.
• Eligibility for Teacher Regulation Branch membership.
• Registration with the Teacher Qualification Service.

Responsibilities

• Be available for call-out on 50% of the instructional days.
• Work with students requiring additional educational support.
