Job Title: Event guards /Supervisor (Staff & Venue Coordination) part time.

Location: Various venues (Brampton, Oakville, GTAA).
Event Types: Hockey, basketball, concerts, religious events, and private events.
Job Type: Part-time / Event-based (mainly Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays; occasional weekday events).
Pay Rate: $17.95- $18.75 per hour.

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and organized Event Supervisor to oversee event staff and coordinate with venue teams to ensure smooth event operations. Supervisors manage teams ranging from 3 to 40 security guards, depending on event size and type.

The Event Supervisor will manage staff, communicate with venue representatives, and ensure all activities comply with venue policies and event schedules. Multiple supervisors may be assigned to the same site depending on event size.

Key Responsibilities:

Mandatory Certifications:

Candidates must provide valid certificates or complete training prior to placement:

• Smart Serve.
• AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act).
• WHMIS.
• First Aid / CPR.
• Valid Ontario Security Licence.
• Stay Safe / Use of Force Training.

Leadership Expectations:
