Job summary

Westcoast Child Care Resource Centre in British Columbia is seeking substitute educators who are reliable, energetic, and caring to join our early learning team. You should be comfortable stepping into different classrooms and programs, and you will contribute to meaningful experiences for children while communicating clearly with families and staff.

Required qualifications include valid ECE or ECEA certification where applicable, RA qualification where applicable, current First Aid and CPR, and

Qualifications

• Valid ECE or ECEA certification/licensing, where applicable.
• Responsible Adult (RA) qualification, where applicable.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• IT and/or Special Needs certification is considered an asset.
• Experience working with children is required; experience with ages 3–5 is an asset.
• Knowledge of childcare licensing requirements and regulations.
• Genuine interest in working with children and supporting their development.
