Job summary

Edon Management seeks an On-Call Building Operator in Lloydminster, AB. You will perform daily operating tasks, preventive and corrective maintenance, and tenant requests to keep buildings safe and functional.

You will gain hands-on experience with building systems, opportunities to develop within the company, and exposure to modern management practices in a COR-certified environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years hands-on building operations experience.
• Experience operating a heating plant up to 750 kW.
• Excellent knowledge of building systems.
• Experience with MS Word and Excel.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Strong customer care and communication skills.
• Strong leadership in directing subcontractors and trades workers.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Owns basic hand tools to perform building repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily building operations tasks, preventive maintenance, and tenant requests.
• Respond to tenant service requests and emergencies promptly.
• Monitor and liaise with on-site maintenance staff and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site tours and inspections for safety and efficiency.
• Maintain site log books and administrative records per QM system and laws.
• Represent the company positively while addressing client issues.
