Job summary

Qualifications

• Reliable availability to work on Call on Friday, Saturday and Sundays.
• Minimum 1 year of serving experience with strong, service-oriented communication skills.
• Serving It Right Certification and Gaming Worker License eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus to create a memorable experience.
• Take accurate orders, suggest daily features, and upsell where appropriate.
• Serve beverages and food promptly, check guest satisfaction, and maintain flow.
• Process payments, present bills, and clear tables efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Adhere to licensing laws and safety standards throughout shift.
