Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate to join our fast-paced retail team in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, QC. You will pick, pack, and prepare online orders with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will operate with adherence to food hygiene and safety procedures while supporting store operations and helping customers, with shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include Age – 16 or older.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Customer service experience is beneficial.
• Ability to follow safety and food hygiene standards.
• Accurate picking, packing, and labeling of orders.

Responsibilities

• Pick, Pack, and Prepare Customer Orders.
• Select and assemble orders from different temperature zones with care and accuracy.
• Ensure product quality and order accuracy with proper labeling.
• Pack totes efficiently to optimize space while maintaining safety standards.
• Follow safety, food hygiene, and quality procedures and assist customers and team.
