• Optimizes tote filling for space efficiency while maintaining product quality.
• Balances duties with customer interactions and resolves issues to satisfaction.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and performs safety checks before equipment use.
• Participates in process improvements for productivity, safety and customer satisfaction.
