Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate to pick, pack, and prepare online orders with a focus on accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role supports on‑time delivery while following safety and food hygiene standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will handle order preparation across temperature zones, maintain packing efficiency, and assist customers and team operations.

Qualifications

• Age – 16 or older

Responsibilities

• Picks and assembles customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on‑time delivery.
• Packs orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes.
• Selects fresh, high‑quality products and removes damaged or unsuitable items. Completes all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels.
• Packs totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use. Operates equipment safely and completes required safety checks. Demonstrates flexibility and contributes ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
