Job summary

Walmart Canada in Courtenay, BC is seeking an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate to pick, pack and dispense online orders with a focus on accuracy, quality and customer satisfaction, while following safety and food hygiene standards. You will assemble orders from different temperature zones, confirm selections and product codes, pack totes efficiently, and label shipments.

You will support customers and teammates, maintain a clean, safe work area, and adapt to flexible shifts including evenings

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pick and assemble orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on-time delivery.
• Pack orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes.
• Select fresh, high-quality products and remove damaged or unsuitable items; complete necessary documentation and labels.
• Pack totes efficiently to maximize space while maintaining safety and product quality.
• Balance fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction and assist teammates as needed.
• Follow food hygiene and safety standards and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Be flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
