Position Summary

To pick and pack online grocery delivery orders ensuring a high quality standard and accuracy while adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with care and quality to ensure timely delivery.
• Pack orders with attention to detail, distinguishing between similar products, ensuring correct quantities and labels.
• Ensure picked products are of the highest quality, free from damage and fresh.
• Document and label all orders correctly, interpreting pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
• Pack orders efficiently, maintaining product quality standards.
• Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and support issues to resolution.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene standards, maintain a clean work area, operate equipment responsibly, and complete safety checks.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggest operational changes, and adapt to work assignments based on customer needs and schedules.

Minimum Qualifications

Age – 16 or older.
