What you'll do...

1. Efficiently picks and assembles orders from various temperature zones with care and quality to ensure "On Time" delivery to customers.
2. Packs orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar products, ensuring correct quantities, and accurate product codes.
3. Ensures picked products are of the highest quality, with no damage and the freshest selection.
4. Documents and labels all orders correctly, interpreting documentation such as pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
5. Optimizes tote fill by packing orders efficiently while maintaining product quality standards.
6. Balances fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, supporting issues to resolution.
7. Adheres to safety and food hygiene standards by maintaining a clean work area, cleaning spills immediately, ensuring totes are debris-free before packing, and operating material handling equipment safely with completed safety checks. Exhibits behaviors supporting the organization’s mission and core values.
8. Participates in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting operational, safety, productivity, and quality improvements. Demonstrates flexibility in work assignments based on customer requests and delivery schedules.
