What You'll Do...

1. Efficiently picks and assembles orders from various temperature zones with care to ensure timely delivery to customers.
2. Packs orders with attention to detail, distinguishing between similar products, and ensuring correct quantities and product codes.
3. Ensures picked products are of the highest quality, free from damage, and fresh.
4. Documents and labels orders correctly, interpreting pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
5. Optimizes tote fill by packing orders efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
6. Balances fulfillment duties with customer interactions, supporting issues to resolution.
7. Adheres to safety and food hygiene standards, maintains a clean work area, and operates material handling equipment safely.
8. Participates in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes to procedures, productivity, safety, and quality standards.
