Responsibilities

• Deliver perfect guest experience by executing Olive Garden standards.
• Ensure delivery orders leave the restaurant in a timely manner.
• Serve as the link between kitchen and front-of-house to maintain quality and presentation.
• Coordinate order flow, manage ticket times, and communicate with the culinary team during high-volume periods.
• Be knowledgeable about menu items and recommend offerings to guests.
• Follow food safety standards and sanitation practices.

As a To Go (takeout)/Expo Specialist, you recognize that people’s lives are busy, and guests safely picking up food to-go has become even more important. You also communicate clearly with the culinary team to ensure seamless service execution during high-volume periods. What you will do in this role:

• Deliver perfect guest experience by ensuring all standards are being executed based on Olive Garden’s established specifications
• Ensure all delivery orders leave the restaurant in a timely manner
• Serve as the vital link between the kitchen and the front-of-house, ensuring food quality and presentation meet our brand standards before it reaches the guest.
• Coordinate order flow, manage ticket times, and communicate clearly with the culinary team to ensure seamless service execution during high-volume periods.
• Be a “know-it-all” about our regular and promotional food and beverage menus by communicating and recommending offerings to Guests
• Be thoroughly familiar with the causes of food contamination and the methods of prevention and follow all food safety standards and systems
• Support other associates whenever necessary
• Demonstrate behaviours consistent with Olive Garden’s principles
