Job summary

Park Paving Ltd. is seeking an Oil & Lube Service Field Technician to support our Edmonton-area operations.

You will work in the field operating a 2-ton service and lube truck, performing on-site oil and filter changes, greasing, and fluid level checks. The role requires a valid Class 5 driver's license with the ability to drive a manual transmission, prior lube/service experience, and comfort working outdoors in variable conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (Class 5 or higher).
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Experience as a lube/service technician or equivalent.
• Experience with maintenance on construction equipment and trucks.
• Able to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Must pass medical/fitness exam as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 2-ton service and lube truck.
• Perform on-site oil and filter changes, greasing, and fluid checks.
• Replace wear parts and perform small mechanical repairs.
• Maintain detailed records using asset management software.

Park Paving Ltd. has been locally owned and operated for over 50 years as one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton. We own and operate a large fleet of heavy equipment and vehicles as part of our business and we are looking for aOIL & LUBE SERVICE FIELD TECHNICIANto work out in the field and help support our company's operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Operation of a 2-ton service and lube truck
• Performing on-site oil and filter changes, equipment greasing, and fluid level checks.
• Replacing wear parts and performing small mechanical repairs.
• Keeping detail records of work performed using the company's asset management software.

Requirements

• Valid Class 5 Driver's license (or higher)
• MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE A STANDARD TRANSMISSION VEHICLE
• Proven experience as a lube/service technician, or equivalent experience/education
• Previous experience with scheduled maintenance on construction equipment and trucks
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Must be able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions
