Job summary

Edmonton Kenworth is seeking a Lube Technician for our East Edmonton Paclease location. You will lubricate PacLease trucks quickly and thoroughly under supervision of the Leadhand.

Responsibilities include quality preventative maintenance, inspections, oil changes, tire work, and operating the wash bay to leave customer vehicles clean.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least one year of vehicle lubrication experience; trucking industry experience is an asset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year of vehicle lubrication experience required.
• Experience in heavy truck industry considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lubricate PacLease trucks quickly and thoroughly under Leadhand guidance.
• Perform lubrications and oil changes.
• Conduct quality preventative maintenance.
• Complete vehicle inspections to ensure standards are met.
• Operate the wash bay and ensure vehicles are cleaned after service.

The Role

Paclease, Edmonton Kenworth Ltds. Full Service Leasing Division is looking for a Lube Technician for our award winning East Edmonton location, who is responsible for lubricating PacLease trucks in a quick, yet thorough manner, and for carrying out their related responsibilities under the direction of the Leadhand.

Responsibilities

Conduct quality preventative maintenance

Complete thorough vehicle inspections to assess and ensure work is completed to standard

Perform lubrications and oil changes

Complete tire work and minor repairs

Operating the wash bay facility and ensure customer vehicles are cleaned, washed, and dried once repairs and service have been completed

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of

• A High school diploma


• One (1) year of vehicle lubrication experience is required


• Experience in the heavy truck industry considered and asset

This is a permanent Full Time position.
