Job summary

Park Paving Ltd. is seeking an Oil & Lube Service Field Technician to work in the field in Sherwood Park, AB. You will operate a 2-ton service and lube truck, performing oil changes, greasing, and routine maintenance on construction equipment and trucks.

The role requires a valid Class 5 license with the ability to drive a manual transmission, prior lube/service experience, and the ability to work outdoors in various conditions. Full-time, permanent position with benefits and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 Driver's license is required and candidate must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Experience as a lube/service technician or equivalent education/experience is required.
• Previous experience with scheduled maintenance on construction equipment and trucks is expected.
• Ability to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions and work independently.

Responsibilities

Park Paving Ltd. has been locally owned and operated for over 50 years as one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton. We own and operate a large fleet of heavy equipment and vehicles as part of our business and we are looking for aOIL & LUBE SERVICE FIELD TECHNICIANto work out in the field and help support our company's operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Operation of a 2-ton service and lube truck
• Performing on-site oil and filter changes, equipment greasing, and fluid level checks.
• Replacing wear parts and performing small mechanical repairs.
• Keeping detail records of work performed using the company's asset management software.

Requirements

• Valid Class 5 Driver's license (or higher)
• MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE A STANDARD TRANSMISSION VEHICLE
• Proven experience as a lube/service technician, or equivalent experience/education
• Previous experience with scheduled maintenance on construction equipment and trucks
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Must be able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions
