Overview

Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for an Office Systems Professional.


Responsibilities

  • Performs basic peer-to-peer driver/scanning installations.
  • Assists with MAC or server installations as needed.
  • Performs color calibration to machine specifications.
  • Supports Break-Fix technicians on color-related machine issues.
  • May work on QMS and Micrographics equipment as required.
  • Maintains an up-to-date file of service manuals, part books, and other literature.
  • Performs PC/Workstation connections to printers using MS or Mac OS platforms.
  • Handles network installation with single protocol/O/S.
  • Understands scanning, software, and network configurations.
  • Manages tools, supplies, and inventory for assigned territory.
  • Maintains minimum call targets daily.
  • Builds effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Provides sales support and advises on accounts and service leads.
  • Completes invoices and expense reports accurately and timely.
  • Follows company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • High School and Technical School diploma or equivalent, including military training.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical repair of business equipment.
  • Preferred certifications: A+, N+, or internal Konica Minolta certifications.
  • Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
  • Team player, able to work with sales and customers to integrate solutions.
  • Self-motivated and capable of teaching and training others.
  • Strong understanding of networking and graphic software.
  • Ability to explain technical data clearly to customers and sales teams.
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Quark, Publisher.
