An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Mailroom Coordinator to manage mailroom activities and logistics support. In this role, you will ensure accurate handling of incoming and outgoing mail, assist with shipments, and maintain inventory. Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity
You will coordinate the mailroom activities of our office and will oversee opening, sorting and routing of incoming mail and make preparations for outgoing post, mail and packages. You will assist the logistics department with receiving shipments, verifying accuracy of orders and handling missing or damaged items and will oversee periodic inventories and reorder items. You will be the first point of contact for internal facilities issues and log all maintenance, cleaning and office/location services and refer related issues to the team members.
Location: You will work onsite at our Toronto office (3300 Bloor St W, Etobicoke, ON M8X 2X2. Please note that our office location will change in the future)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM)
Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Manager, Facilities Management II
