Office Reception Clerk

Location: 1360 Rothesay Road, Saint John, NB E2H 2J1

Salary: $19.00/hour, 40 hours per week

Terms of employment: Full-time, on-site, starting as soon as possible

Responsibilities

• Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
• Provide basic information to clients and the public
• Obtain and process information required to provide customer service
• Record and relay information
• Answer telephone calls and relay messages
• Calculate billing charges
• Provide customer service

Qualifications

• Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate/diploma (1-2 years) or equivalent experience
• Experience: 2-3 years
• Languages: English
• Work conditions: Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with repetitive tasks, and in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
• Screening questions: Availability for start date, current student status, legal ability to work in Canada, previous experience, and certifications
