Salary Range: CA$23.84 To CA$28.04 Hourly

Compensation:

$23.84–$28.04/hour plus vacation pay; generous paid time off, including 3 weeks’ vacation; employer-matched RSP; comprehensive health and dental benefits following completion of the probationary period

Central Administration
Location: London, ON
Schedule: 40 hrs/week; primarily on-site with flexibility as operationally required. Occasional on-call responsibilities related to facilities or security systems

The Office Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office environment within our organization. This position is responsible for overseeing daily administrative functions, managing office resources, and supporting financial processes such as accounts payable and bookkeeping. The Office Manager will coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain accurate records to facilitate seamless communication and workflow. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in office management or a related administrative role.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
