Reporting to the Manager or designate, performs a variety of administrative support functions for the assigned program area, including providing input into program development and evaluation, processing contracts, monitoring expenditures, and supervising support staff. Responsibilities also include participating in performance management, recruitment, attendance management, discipline, and training, as well as liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Grade 12, completion of an Administrative Assistant Program, and 3 years of recent related experience, including 1 year of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Valid BC Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle.
