Responsibilities
  • Perform reception duties, operate multi-line switchboard, direct calls, and respond to inquiries.
  • Type correspondence, reports, assessments, and other documents using various software.
  • Assist with client intake, scheduling, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Arrange meetings and special functions, process mail and courier documents.
  • Maintain office supplies and operate office equipment.
  • Perform timekeeping duties and other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

Education and Experience: Grade 12, Office Administration Certificate, and one year's recent related experience or an equivalent combination.

Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of office procedures, medical terminology, effective communication, organizational skills, and physical ability to perform duties.
