Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate sales performance across departments to drive results across Retail, Pro, and Install Sales.
• Support cross‑department execution with Store Manager, Office Manager, and Department Managers.
• Ensure operations meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Lead change initiatives with clear communication, training, and hands‑on support.
• Promote a culture of safety by participating in Health & Safety initiatives.
