You will operate registers and terminals, process refunds, assist customers, and learn about our products and store policies. A strong customer-service mindset and reliability are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsabilités

• Operate registers, scanners, and credit card/debit card terminals
• Do refunds, help with customer issues
• Collect payments and bag purchases for customers
• Keep the customer service area clean and orderly
• You’ll need to learn about our products and policies.
