The opportunity:
This position plays a vital role in the effective administration and seamless delivery of programs at the James W. Burns Executive Education Centre. Key responsibilities include managing food services, hosting program days, preparing program materials, and overseeing registration for open enrolment short programs. Food service tasks involve ordering, receiving, setting up meals and coffee breaks, and handling payments through EPIC. Program hosting includes classroom setup and cleanup, maintaining a tidy environment, managing dishwashing, and preparing rooms for subsequent sessions. For virtual sessions, the individual acts as a Zoom Host, providing real-time logistical support during classes.
Additionally, this role is responsible for preparing both physical and digital program materials, such as folders, name cards, and evaluation forms, and generating evaluation reports. Registration management duties include tracking enrolments and serving as the main point of contact for participants throughout the process. The position also includes maintaining office supply inventory and performing light administrative tasks as needed. Together, these responsibilities support the Centre’s commitment to delivering high-quality executive education programs.
