ABOUT THIS JOB

As the Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and functionality of our dynamic workplace. This position is the cornerstone of our daily operations, requiring a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage administrative tasks, facilitate communication, and contribute to the overall organization of the office. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.

  • Coordinate and schedule conference rooms for meetings.

  • Monitor and replenish office supplies as necessary.

  • Keep track of inventory for office equipment and initiate maintenance or replacements as needed.

  • Ensure a clean, organized, and well-maintained office environment.

  • Coordinate with external vendors for office-related services.

  • Respond to emails and inquiries promptly.

  • Assist colleagues with administrative tasks as needed.

  • Identify opportunities for office improvement and efficiency.

  • Ad-hoc tasks when assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • A high school diploma is required as a minimum qualification.

  • Preferred experience in office administration or a related field.

  • Preferred experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Attention to detail in managing records, scheduling, and office resources.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Efficient time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle unforeseen challenges.

  • Customer support mindset.
