Qualifications/ Experience

Duties Work with the Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and implement office policies. Audit charters for compliance and collaborate with clients to revise itineraries. Ensure vehicle insurance is up to date. Manage logistics for YYC/YXC transfers, audit POS, and support accounting. Be the main staff contact and greet clients professionally. Handle calls, emails, bookings, social media, website updates, and reviews. Maintain records, inventory, and a clean, organized office.
