Job summary

Ryan LLC in Calgary, AB is seeking an Office Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative operations with a fully onsite schedule, Monday through Friday. You will provide high-quality support to senior executives, manage facilities and vendor relations, and coordinate calendars while ensuring compliance with internal policies.

In this role, you’ll partner with leadership to streamline processes, support the PIC, and serve as on-site fire warden.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of administrative or office management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of administrative and office practices, ideally within a professional services or real estate-related environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and document formatting/editing tools
  • Familiarity with invoicing, contract management, calendar coordination, and data entry
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the on-site contact for Property Management, assisting with Property Management notice distribution and other support.
  • Serve as on-site fire warden with associated responsibilities.
  • Partner with the leadership team to improve internal processes and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Support Principal In Charge (PIC) on all related duties and responsibilities.

The Office Manager plays a key role in ensuring the day-to-day administrative operations of the office run smoothly and efficiently. This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday in Calgary, AB.
