Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the Office & Admin Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our office and creating an engaging workplace experience. This hands‑on role provides day‑to‑day office support, coordinates memorable social events, and delivers administrative assistance to support the People & Culture function. With a proactive and people‑focused approach, you’ll help make Daiya a welcoming, collaborative, and thriving place to work.
Daiya’s compensation offerings are based on a pay‑for‑performance philosophy. The pay range for this position is from $50,000 - 62,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Permanent team members may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
