Haply Robotics is seeking an IT and Odoo Specialist to own the Odoo, IT, and internal-dashboard systems used daily. You will manage users, permissions, modules, Studio fields, and automation, while extending Studio customisations across sales, stock, projects, timesheets, and CRM.

Join a small, fast-moving team in Montreal to build on an established setup, maintain data quality, and integrate dashboards with other tools.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4+ years in IT/internal-tools or Odoo administration.
• Hands-on with Odoo administration, Studio, and basic module tweaks.
• Familiar with GitLab, PR/review workflows, and documentation.
• Bilingual French/English in a bilingual working environment.

Aufgaben

• Odoo daily administration: users, permissions, modules, Studio fields, automation.
• Maintain Odoo Studio customisations: sale, stock.lot, project, timesheet, CRM.
• Own data quality across CRM, inventory, project, accounting; link with PostHog, GitLab, Google Workspace.
• Be the team’s first point of contact for Odoo questions and small fixes.
• IT responsibilities: workstation setup and onboarding/offboarding; Google Workspace IAM; networking; devices inventory.
